It is an honour and a pleasure for the Northen Nurses' Federation to have the opportunity to cordially invite you to attend the Sixth International Congress on Nursing Informatics in Stockholm, Sweden in September 1997. The Congress is offered under the auspices of IMIA Special Interest Group on Nursing Informatics and will be hosted by the Swedish Nurses' Association and the Swedish Association of Health Officiers.
The Congress will start with a pre-session day with various tutorial sessions on clinical,
educational, administrative and research matters. Scientific visits to hospitals and health centers
are planned.
During the Congress there will be an array of keynote speeches, parallel paper sessions, poster sessions, workshops, panels, scientific demonstrations and meetings with experts which will
provide excellent opportunities to exchange thoughts and discover new information.
The Scientific Programme Committee has the responsability to design the programme of the Congress and to select the papers to be presented. This committee will ensure that the traditions and standards for excellence will characterise this meeting, as it has for the previous meetings.
A great variety of social activities will allow participants and their accompanying persons to enjoy their stay in Stockholm. The weather is usually fine this time of year with lovely autumn colours, maybe a bit chilly in the evenings.
Join your colleagues form around the world in this unique opportunity of sharing
experiences in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1997.
