As the automobiles have necessity of the fuel to work, the body of the sportsman also has energy's need to move, to play, to study and to practise the sport. All the energy that serves for living is found her/it in the foods that they eat each other. Behavior of the sport helps to consume energy: without motor activity energy is not consumed. E' well therefore to know the foods to choose them carefully to satisfy the appetite without fattening up.

The Fuel Of the SNOWBOARDER

Or as to feed during the foods, first and after the competition. Athlete or simple apprentice, to get the maximum one some performance, the Snowboarder it has to undergo to suitable training and to follow a correct feeding; A corrected not diet can reduce the competitive performance as you/he/she can influence the training negatively.
In the sports as the snowboard, where it is required a synthesis of power and speed, the percentage recommended of carbohydrates in the diet is equal to 52/55%, the proteins around 20% and the fats around 25%. The carbohydrates are therefore our combustible principal; it is important to know when to introduce him/it and to distinguish the different types.
During the phase of preparation the athlete has to assume a great quantity of proteins: approximately 30 grams in more in comparison to the 60 daily grams of the normal individual to favor the increase of the muscular mass, guaranteeing I bring him is as of animal proteins to elevated biological value vegetable. Twelve Rules From to Follow

  1. Behavior every day a good person first breakfast.
  2. To remember to often drink in a day not to wait for to be thirsty.
  3. Don't consume alcoholic drinks.
  4. To eat a lot of fruit and vegetable every day.
  5. To consume the last meal at least two-three hours before the trainings and of the competitions.
  6. Don't eat immediately before the competition.
  7. To avoid fried foods.
  8. To dress as the " onions " (it is preferable to wear more heads superimposed that a very heavy unique head).

  10. To always use the protective creams for the face.
  11. For the young it is preferable to use the " handle grips " rather than the gloves.
